Description

The Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Outdoor is a rugged, next-generation Wi-Fi 7 access point engineered for outdoor environments. Its dual-band, 2×2 MU-MIMO radios deliver max speeds of 4.3 Gbps (5 GHz) and 688 Mbps (2.4 GHz) and support up to 200+ concurrent clients, covering around 465 m² (5,000 ft²).

Designed for resilience, the U7 Outdoor is housed in a UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy enclosure, rated IPX6 and able to withstand wind forces up to 200 km/h (125 mph). It offers antenna flexibility with a built-in high-gain directional antenna (12.5 dBi at 45° beam) or external omni antennas (360° at 4 dBi). Mounting options include wall or pole brackets.

Power is provided via 802.3at PoE+ (42.5–57 V DC) through its 2.5 GbE port, with a peak power draw of 19 W. Managed through the UniFi Network Controller, it brings advanced features—mesh support, band steering, fast roaming (11k/r/v), captive portal, VLANs, RADIUS/TLS integration, and more—for seamless centralized administration.
