Description
The USW-Ultra is a sleek, ultra-compact UniFi switch designed for environments where space is at a premium. It features seven Gigabit RJ45 ports with PoE+ output (30 W max per port) and a single RJ45 port that can serve as PoE++ input for switch power and PoE distribution. The total PoE budget depends on the power source: up to 42 W via PoE++, 16 W via PoE+ input, or significantly higher totals when paired with optional AC adapters (up to 202 W with 210 W adapter).
Although compact, the switch delivers full Gigabit Layer 2 performance with 16 Gbps switching capacity, 8 Gbps non-blocking throughput, and 12 Mpps forwarding rate. It supports robust Layer 2 features like STP, storm control, flow control, port mirroring, and jumbo frames—all manageable using the UniFi Network Controller.
Its fanless design, lightweight polycarbonate housing, and flexible mounting (desktop, wall, or magnetic) enable versatile installations—from hidden behind TVs to under desks or in cabinets.
