Description
The TP-Link TL-MR100 is a wireless router that combines 4G LTE connectivity with Wi-Fi N to provide reliable Internet access in places without stable DSL or fiber. You just insert your Nano SIM card and it connects, giving up to 150 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload via LTE and distributes that over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi at up to 300 Mbps.
It supports up to 32 wireless devices simultaneously, making it suitable for multiple smartphones, tablets, laptops, and IoT devices. The router also has a LAN/WAN port so you can fallback to wired Internet if needed. Hardware features include two detachable external LTE antennas for better signal strength, WPS/Reset button, and a power adapter (9 V / 0.85 A).
On the software side, TL-MR100 supports multiple WAN types (dynamic/static IP, PPPoE, etc.), IPv4/IPv6, firewall protections, QoS (traffic priority), guest network, parental controls, and remote/local management via its web UI. Its simplicity makes it ideal for non-tech users wanting plug-and-play LTE Internet. It’s certified in many regions (CE, RoHS) and built for operation in typical indoor conditions (0-40 °C).
