Description
The TP-Link OC300 Omada Hardware Controller brings enterprise-class management to Omada SDN networks. Built on a quad-core A72 processor at 1.2 GHz, with 2 GB DDR4 memory and 8 GB eMMC storage, the OC300 is engineered to handle high-density deployments. It manages up to 500 Omada access points, 100 SafeStream routers, and 100 JetStream switches, supporting up to 15,000 clients across distributed sites.
The controller offers hybrid cloud access, so admins can securely monitor and configure networks locally or remotely, without licensing fees. With multi-site and multi-tenant support, it enables service providers and IT teams to manage multiple networks centrally. Features include a network topology map, dashboard with real-time monitoring, batch configuration and firmware upgrades, role-based access, and a captive portal for guest Wi-Fi.
The hardware is housed in a durable steel chassis and supports rackmount or desktop deployment. It includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports for connectivity, a USB 3.0 port for automatic backup, and consumes just 9–14.8 W. With wide operating temperature (0–50 °C) and robust design, the OC300 is ideal for always-on enterprise environments.
