Description
The Sopto SPT-SFP28B3327-LRS + SPT-SFP28B2733-LRS are 25G BiDi SFP28 optical transceivers, designed for high-speed single-fiber connectivity in data centers, cloud infrastructures, and service provider backbones. By using complementary wavelengths — 1330 nm TX / 1270 nm RX and 1270 nm TX / 1330 nm RX — they achieve bidirectional full-duplex communication over a single 9/125 µm single-mode fiber, reducing fiber deployment costs.
Compliant with IEEE 802.3by 25GBASE-LR, SFP28 MSA, SFF-8402, and SFF-8472, these modules ensure interoperability with a wide range of switches and routers. They feature digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) for real-time visibility into operating parameters such as optical power, voltage, and module temperature.
With a reach of up to 20 km, LC simplex interface, and hot-pluggable 3.3 V design, the LRS series is optimized for commercial temperature environments (0 °C to 70 °C). Compact, reliable, and power-efficient (< 1.5 W), they are well-suited for metro links, enterprise interconnects, and cloud data centers needing 25G connectivity over longer distances.
