Description
The Sopto SPT-P131G-XXD is a high-performance 1.25 Gbps SFP optical fiber module optimized for Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fiber Channel applications. Operating at a 1310 nm wavelength with an LC interface, it enables single-mode fiber transmission for link distances ranging from 2 km to 40 km, depending on the specific “XXD” variant.
This module complies with IEEE 802.3z 1000BASE-LX/LH, SFP MSA, and SFF-8472 standards, ensuring seamless interoperability with a wide range of networking devices. With digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM), operators can view real-time information such as optical power, voltage, and temperature, enhancing link stability and troubleshooting.
The compact hot-pluggable SFP form factor allows quick installation and replacement without service interruption. Its low power consumption, EMI-shielded housing, and availability in commercial (0–70 °C) and industrial (–40–85 °C) grades make it suitable for enterprise backbones, ISP access, campus networks, and FTTH deployments.
