Description
The Sopto SPT-P551G-XXD is a high-performance Gigabit SFP optical transceiver that enables 1.25 Gbps full-duplex transmission over single-mode fiber at a 1550 nm wavelength. Designed for long-haul connectivity, it supports link distances of up to 40 km, 80 km, or 100 km, depending on the variant (40D, 80D, 100D).
Built to IEEE 802.3z 1000BASE-LH standards and fully compliant with SFP MSA, SFF-8472, and RoHS, the module ensures interoperability across a wide range of networking devices. It features digital diagnostics (DDM), providing real-time monitoring of optical parameters such as TX/RX power, temperature, and voltage, improving network reliability.
With its hot-pluggable LC duplex interface, compact size, and low power consumption, the SPT-P551G-XXD is easy to deploy in enterprise, service provider, and metro Ethernet networks. Rugged housing with EMI shielding and availability in commercial (0–70 °C) and industrial (–40–85 °C) temperature grades make it a versatile solution for high-performance fiber connectivity.
