Description
The Sopto SPT-PB351G-SXXD + SPT-PB531G-SXXD are bi-directional 1.25 Gbps SFP modules designed for single-mode fiber links where fiber resources are limited. By transmitting and receiving on opposite wavelengths (1310 nm and 1550 nm), they enable full-duplex communication over a single fiber core, reducing infrastructure cost compared to traditional dual-fiber modules.
These SFPs are hot-pluggable and comply with IEEE 802.3z 1000BASE-LX, SFP MSA, and SFF-8472, ensuring wide compatibility. The digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) feature provides real-time information on module performance and optical characteristics.
Equipped with SC simplex connectors, the modules are ideal for short-haul deployments such as enterprise LAN extensions, FTTH access, or campus networks. With low power consumption (< 1 W) and optional industrial “D” grade versions supporting –40 °C to +85 °C, they deliver a cost-efficient, robust solution for 1.25 G single-fiber links.
