The Signal Fire AI-9 Fusion Splicer is an intelligent, high-precision core and cladding alignment fiber splicer engineered for FTTH and backbone fiber deployments. Equipped with six motors and an AI-driven core alignment system, it delivers 5-second splicing and 15-second heat shrink cycles with outstanding consistency and low splice loss.

This splicer supports a wide range of fibers — single-mode (G.652), bend-insensitive (G.657), multi-mode, bare fiber, drop cable, and jumper fiber — using its three-in-one universal fiber holder. A large 7800 mAh lithium battery powers up to 260 splice-and-heat cycles per charge, with < 3.5 hours recharge time.

The 5-inch color TFT display, 320× magnification, Bluetooth 4.2, and Signal Fire mobile APP provide remote management, welding history, data export, and software updates. Built for field durability, the AI-9 is shockproof, waterproof, and dustproof, with integrated 15 mW VFL and optical power meter for full fiber testing capability.
