The MikroTik FTC21 is a weatherproof IP55-rated Fiber‑to‑Copper converter that brings intelligent management to outdoor fiber deployments. It runs the full SwOS Lite operating system, offering interface monitoring, VLAN support, SNMP reporting, basic traffic shaping, and advanced packet filtering with ACLs across Layer 2–4. Housed in a compact, rugged enclosure, it’s designed to withstand harsh environments. Connectivity includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports and one SFP port supporting up to 2.5 Gbps. The FTC21 accepts 24–57 V power via 802.3af/at PoE-in or the included DC jack, consuming just 3 W idle (up to 4 W fully loaded). It includes a 48 V power adapter, a Gigabit PoE injector, ceiling-mount kit, and fastening set for quick setup.

Description

A weatherproof IP55 Fiber-to-Copper converter with smart management capabilities for your fiber and Ethernet setups. The FTC21 is not just a simple media converter. It runs a full version of SwOS Lite, offering advanced management features:

This compact device is housed in a weatherproof IP55 enclosure, making it suitable for outdoor and harsh environments. Powering is simple and flexible, with both PoE-in and a DC jack that support 24-57V. The FTC21 is highly efficient, consuming only 3W without attachments and up to 4W fully loaded.
