C-Data FD1604S GPON OLT

The C-Data FD1604S-B1 is a high-capacity GPON OLT built for ISPs, FTTH networks, and enterprise fiber deployments. It has 4 GPON ports (each supporting up to 128 ONU splits) plus multiple uplink options: 4 GE ports, 4 SFP, and 2 × 10GE SFP+ for backbone connectivity. Management includes CLI, Web, Telnet, SSH, plus built-in Wi-Fi for local administration. Rugged 1U rack form, wide temp range, and high performance make it ideal for demanding access network environments.

Description

The C-Data FD1604S-B1 is a powerful GPON Optical Line Terminal suitable for FTTH, enterprise fiber access, video surveillance networks, and IoT networks. It fully complies with ITU-T G.984.x and FSAN standards. The device offers 4 GPON ports, each capable of supporting a 1:128 split, giving up to 512 ONUs in total.

For uplinks, it includes 4 GE auto-negotiated RJ-45 ports, 4 SFP ports, and 2 × 10GE SFP+ ports, which allow connection to high capacity backbones. Fibre reach is up to 20 km over single-mode fiber (9/125 μm) with SC/UPC connectors.

Management is robust: there is an out-of-band Ethernet port, a console port, and a USB interface for backup, firmware upgrades, and logs. It supports CLI, Web GUI, Telnet, SSH, SNMP. Also supports layer-2 and some layer-3 features (static routing, VLANIF etc.), QoS, ACL, IGMP snooping, and DBA templates for traffic management.

It draws power from AC100-240V, supports rack mount in 1U 19-inch enclosure. Work-temperature range is -15 °C to +50 °C; humidity 5-90% non-condensing.
