The Sopto SPTK-4108H is a professional-grade single optical fiber fusion splicer engineered for fast, reliable fiber jointing in FTTH, ISP, and enterprise optical networks. Compact and lightweight, it combines automatic splicing and heating functions with precise temperature and air-pressure ARC calibration for consistent splice quality.
Supporting SM, MM, DS, and NZDS fibers (ITU-T G.652 & G.657), it delivers typical splice loss as low as 0.02 dB and a return loss > 60 dB. The unit features dual CMOS cameras with 250×/125× magnification and a 4.3-inch color LCD, providing clear core alignment and real-time results.
Powered by a 5200 mAh Li-ion battery, the SPTK-4108H supports 200 splicing + tube-heating cycles on a single charge. It stores up to 4000 records and includes a USB 2.0 port for exporting splice data and firmware upgrades. The kit ships complete with fiber cleaver, stripper set, cooling tray, electrodes, and rugged carrying case — ready for immediate deployment in any fiber-installation environment.
