Description
The TP-Link UE306 converts a USB 3.0 port into a full Gigabit Ethernet (RJ-45) port to give devices without Ethernet ports reliable wired network access. Whether you’re using a laptop, ultrabook, gaming console (e.g., a Nintendo Switch in dock mode), or tablet, the UE306 ensures stable high-speed connectivity — ideal for large file transfers, HD video streaming, gaming, and video conferencing.
It uses the AX88179 chipset and is bus powered (no external power needed). Foldable, lightweight (≈ 20 g), and with plug-and-play support for Windows 10/8.1/8/7, Linux, and Nintendo Switch; for Windows 7/8 users, driver download may be required. The built-in LED indicates network link/activity.
Environmental tolerances are typical: 0 °C to 40 °C operating; storage down to -40 °C; non-condensing humidity. Certifications include CE, FCC, RoHS.
