The U6-IW blends high-speed Wi-Fi 6 connectivity with thoughtful in-wall design, offering streamlined access and power in a space-saving form. Boasting 4×4 MU-MIMO on 5 GHz and 2×2 on 2.4 GHz, it provides robust dual-band service, delivering maximum wireless throughput of 4.8 Gbps (5 GHz) and 573.5 Mbps (2.4 GHz).
Installation is as simple as mounting on a standard wall plate and connecting via PoE+. Equipped with a 1× GbE uplink and a 4-port switch—including one PoE passthrough—the U6-IW allows both connectivity and power to extend to a nearby device, such as a phone or TV.
Managed through the intuitive UniFi Network Controller or mobile app, the U6-IW supports advanced features like meshing, fast roaming (802.11k/r/v), captive portals, PPSK, RADIUS/TLS, rate limiting, VLANs, and more—making it perfect for modern residential, hospitality, or corporate environments.
