Description

The MikroTik hAP be lite brings Wi-Fi 7 and the flexibility of RouterOS into a compact indoor networking platform. It is designed for homes, small offices, workspaces, and other installations where modern wireless performance and advanced network control are required without a large or complicated hardware footprint.

The dual-band wireless system provides BE3600-class Wi-Fi 7 performance with a dual-chain 2.4 GHz radio and triple-chain 5 GHz radio. The 2.4 GHz radio supports speeds up to 688 Mbit/s, while the 5 GHz radio reaches up to 2882 Mbit/s. Both radios support Wi-Fi 7 and Multi-Link Operation (MLO). The antennas provide 4.4 dBi gain at 2.4 GHz and 7 dBi at 5 GHz.

For wired networking, the hAP be lite provides one 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port and three Gigabit Ethernet ports. The 2.5G interface can be used for a high-speed uplink, workstation, NAS, or other multi-gigabit device.

The device runs RouterOS v7 on a dual-core ARM CPU at 950 MHz with 512 MB RAM. RouterOS provides extensive networking capabilities including VLAN configuration, VPNs, traffic shaping, advanced firewall rules, scripting, and centralized CAPsMAN management for compatible MikroTik access points.

Power is supplied through USB-C at 5 V, with maximum consumption of 12W. The hAP be lite uses passive cooling and has a tested ambient temperature range of -40°C to 50°C. Its IP20 enclosure is intended for indoor deployment.
