We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Officer to join our growing team and lead our social media efforts.

Job Summary:
As the Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, Google Business, YouTube and other major Social media Platform. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and shareable content for YouTube, Facebook, Google Business and other social media platforms.
    • Create visually appealing and informative videos to showcase our products/services and company culture.

  2. Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our social media efforts remain cutting-edge.

  3. YouTube Management:

    • Manage the company's YouTube channel, including video ideation, filming, editing, and uploading.
    • Optimize YouTube content for search and discoverability, utilizing keywords and best practices.

  4. Community Engagement:

    • Foster a strong community presence by actively engaging with our audience on social media platforms.
    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, maintaining a positive and authentic brand voice.

  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in video editing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2  years of experience in social media management.
  • With background on IT.

 As a Marketplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our presence on online marketplaces, optimizing product listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for e-commerce.


  1. Create and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop.
  2. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, images, and pricing across all marketplace platforms.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
  4. Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
  5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on marketplace platforms to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  6. Stay informed about and adhere to the policies and guidelines of each marketplace to ensure compliance.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotions and marketing campaigns on marketplaces.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for improvement.
  9. Investigate and resolve any issues related to product listings, payments, or order fulfillment.
  10. Provide regular reports on marketplace performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


  1. Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace management is preferred.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Familiarity with online marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop etc.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
